1983 - 2022

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Tearria LayShya Kersey Towle, on March 11, 2022, at the age of 39 years. She was born to her loving parents, Terri Dawn Chancey and Thomas Michael Kersey on February 9, 1983. She will be lovingly remembered by her fiancé of 8 years, Frank Towle, Her children, Dominic Mason Robinson, Xander Riddick Robinson, Cage Miguel. Her sisters Lacie Landry and Sophia Cangelosi, and her brother Paynn Cangelosi. Her nieces, Brianna Kersey, Kambrie Beck, and Lilah Beck. Her nephews Cody Cooper, Logan Beck, Gannon Landry and Gunner Landry. Her Aunt Tammy Chancey, Toni Tell and Diana Kersey Sharp, her uncles Bryan Chancey and Red Chancey She loved and adored her Grandfather (Grandaddy) James "Jd" Chancey. She was preceded by her Niece Everleigh James Landry and joined with her loving grandmother, Helen Marie Brooks as well as numerous relatives and friends. Tearria (Tear) was an amazing caregiver she brought comfort and peace to those who needed it most. She was brave, kind, funny full of life and put a smile on everyone's face she ever connected with. Her heart was enormous and pure. We are at peace knowing her fight is over and she can rest easy with the angels. From first breath, I couldn't believe that you were mine. The beauty that you hold is breathtaking When I look at you I see that little girl who always called me mommy. My love for you baby girl is endless. I will always be with you ?? Mommy. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd Marrero, LA 70072 from 11am until 1:30pm. A Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:30pm. A private interment will be held at a later date.
