Theodore Louis ''Teddy'' Duhe', age 56, on Saturday, September 28, 2002 at 10:50 P.M. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Houma, Louisiana. Visitation 10:00 A.M. til funeral Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at 1:00 PM at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Cemetery: St. Francis de Sales No. 2 Cemetery. Survived by wife Adrienne Sandoz Duhe'; daughters Mrs. Troy (Cherie) Collins and Bridgette Duhe'; brother Leonard P. Duhe'; sister Karen Duhe' LeBlanc; grandchildren Joshua Duplantis and Kaylie Collins; aunts Mrs. Eddie (Alva Butts) Madere and Mrs. Theresa Duhe' Bass. Preceded in death by parents Louis and Rita Levet Duhe'; brother Louis Duhe, II. He was a Vice President for Vanguard; former Terrebonne Parish President, Board of Trustees for State Colleges and Universities, Terrebonne General Medical Center Board Member, Board of Select Services, Member of Houma Carnival Club, Former Board Member and Past King for the Krewe of Houmas. Parishoner St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Louis Infant Crisis Center, 3513 Bayou Black Road, Houma, LA. 70360, (985) 872-4984. Chauvin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

My fellow colleague will always be remember for the sincerety and goodness he always demonstrated to his friends. As the former Mayor of New Iberia 89-92, I will fondly remember my friend, Teddy and the great times we had together. May you rest in the gentle hands of our Lord.
