Tina was a pleasure to work with. She helped train me as an ESL teacher and partner to her. The tribute made to her at the funeral was beautiful and highlighted some of her many positive attributes. I will always remember her for being such a remarkable, inspiring person.

Tina was my first best friend. Our mothers were forever friends. Our closeness seem to come naturally. We went through Barbie phase, to board games, to spinning 45 records. Both training to be teachers, we rekindled our closeness USL. Though many miles separated us in later years, we could always just pick up where we left off. She was a strong woman with a compassionate and loving nature. I will miss her.

Still in shock from this afternoon when I was told. I thank you for pretty much every single accomplishment I've had in Louisiana starting from the first one which was learning complete perfect English and this got my parents and I to the top since you also helped them a lot. Who would of thought I'd be graduating next year and skipping a whole school year thanks to my grades. I nip you're watching me from a better place and I hope your proud of me. You were an amazing woman ; a very strong one as well. I've never met someone more happy than you. Every day you picked us ESL Students from class you brighten my day when I wasn't feeling well, you were like a ray of sun that couldn't be beaten. It was fun having you as a teacher for so long, you had a special place in my heart and you still that unique place that no one else holds. REST IN PEACE, we'll all love you forever no matter what happens...

I am so very sorry to hear of Tina's passing. She was such a dear person who always brought out the best in all of us, most especially her students. I will miss seeing and speaking to her at LES. God bless you all as you struggle to deal with such a loss. I know where Tina is, and she is definitely with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Rest in peace my friend.
