It's almost a year since you passed away, I miss your phone calls, our talks and discussions about us keeping in touch as classmates or what next gathering you wanted to plan. You're smiling while driving your blue van on those golden roads in heaven. Your memories will always be in my heart. RIP (my friend) Torin. Keeping the Williams & Thomas family lifted in prayer, still.

Torin was a dear friend of mine. We worked together at the St. Charles Herald-Guide for many years. She always had a smile and a laugh. After I moved I would visit her at her home in Boutte. We enjoyed our moments together, and I will me her very much.

Going to miss your smile and chats about driving again. Talking about going to Angola to shop and going the a see the Rodeo. She replies we are going to ask Glenda to purchase us some tickets because she works there. It would be something to see. I guarantee you would love it. Was waiting on that. Fun memories to keep in mind. Love you Charlotte and Tony Scott family in Mobile Alabama

I will never forget the time I introduced Torin to someone as “my sister’s baby girl”. She promptly corrected me by stating, “I’m NOT the baby, I’m the youngest!”. Well said, niece..lol. And to this day I remember her words especially when I introduce my last son as the “youngest” (and NOT my baby boy).
Rest In Heaven, my niece

I will truly miss Torin, she was a kind and beautiful person, if I needed to know about people along time ago, she knew if she could help you with anything she was there for you, she couldn’t get around like she used to but if at all possible she did it. She was faithful in her church and loved everyone
