Vada Tromatore Obituary

Vada Tromatore, age 76, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021. A native of New Orleans, LA, a resident of Jefferson Manor Nursing Home in Baton Rouge, LA for the past 16 years, after being evacuated for Hurricane Katrina. Survived by her two nephews Michael Marroy (LeAnn) and David Marroy (Tina) and two great-nephews Justin and Logan Marroy. Preceded in death by her parents Manuel Tromatore, Sr., and Theresa Gennaro Tromatore, Brother Manuel Tromatore, Jr., Sister Shirley Marroy and Brother-in-Law, C.J. Marroy. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of Jefferson Manor for their care of Vada throughout the years of her residency. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a graveside service at St. Vincent De Paul #3, 1401 Louisa St., New Orleans, at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 18, 2021.
