Vickie Sprinkle Obituary

MT. PLEASANT -- Vickie Smith Sprinkle, 51, of 6275 County Line Road, died Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at NorthEast Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 28th at St. Stephens Wesleyan Church, Concord, NC, Rev. Tim Clark and Rev. George Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home, Concord.
Born January 11, 1952 in Cabarrus County, NC, she was daughter of Ruth Aleen Blake Smith and the late Clyde Eugene Smith. A supervisor with United Supply Co., she was the widow of the late Daniel Lee Sprinkle.
Survivors, in addition to her mother, are her brother, Dennis Smith of Mt. Pleasant, and sisters, Delinda Huneycutt of Oakboro, NC, Gail Whitley of Mt. Pleasant, NC, and Wendy Corl of Concord, NC.
Memorials may be made to Stephens Wesleyan Church Cemetery Fund, 7601 Brush Arbor Road, Concord, NC 28025, or Hospice of Cabarrus County, P.O. Box 1235, Concord, NC 28025.
The family will meet at the home of her mother, 6350 County Line Road, Mt. Pleasant.
Hartsell Funeral Home, Midland, is serving the family of Mrs. Sprinkle.
