Violet Barber Todd Aguzin, at Ochsner Clinic Foundation, on Saturday, January 10, 2004 at 11:45 p.m. Beloved longtime companion of Walter ""Buddy'' Blakesley, Sr. Widow of James Ora Todd, Sr. by first marriage. Widow of Joseph Aguzin by second marriage. Mother of James Ora Todd, Barry Todd, Joey Aguzin, Gloria Todd Twiggs, JoAnn Aguzin Ruiz and Shirley Aguzin Powell. Step-mother of James Todd. Daughter of the late John H. Barber and Victoria Smith Barber. Sister of Ray Huey Barber, the late Wesley, Leroy, John and Allen Barber and Ollie Mae Barber Busby. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services from the Jefferson Chapel of THARP-SONTHEIMER-THARP FUNERAL HOME, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. at 43rd St., Metairie, LA on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Toomer Memorial Cemetery, Davis Road, (Fishhatchery Rd.), Lacombe, LA.
