Charles William Casady, age 91, born September 24, 1929, passed away on January 18, 2021, in Mesa, Ariz. Charles was born in Milton, Iowa, to William Nile and Mabel Dorothy (Black) Casady. Charles served in the US Navy during the Korean War and retired from Peoples Natural Gas, in Council Bluffs, in 1985. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Bonnie Hand; brother, Gary; sons, Robert and Bradley. He is survived by wife, Mary Lou (Bowers); sons, Gregory, of Council Bluffs, and Scott (Vicky), of Omaha, Neb.; daughter, Trudy Wicker (Mike), of Colon, Neb.; sister, Joyce Sheumaker (David), of Chillicothe, Mo.; daughter-in-law, Helen, of N.J.; 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. Burial will take place on Friday, July 16th, at 11 a.m., at the Omaha National Cemetery, 14250 Schram Road, in Omaha.
