Cindy Ann Stricklett, age 62, of Crescent, IA, passed away in Council Bluffs on December 12, 2023. Cindy was born, April 14,1961, in Council Bluffs, to the late Dean and LaVance (Stahl) Carter.
Cindy attended Roosevelt, Wilson, and Thomas Jefferson Schools. She worked as a security guard. She was married to Franklin Stricklett. She enjoyed camping, horses, and her family.
In addition to her parents, Cindy is preceded in death by her nephew, Jake; husband, Frank (January 1, 2023).
Cindy leaves to mourn, her son, Bobby Dean Carter; grandson, Cole Allen Sedam, both of Crescent; sisters, Carolynn Richardson (Steve), of Omaha, NE, Pam (Steve) Muell, of Riverton, IA; Patty (Mark) Bartholomew, of Atlantic, IA, Cathy (Joe Jones) Carter, of Council Bluffs, Deanna (Bob) Church, of Missouri Valley, IA; numerous friends.
Visitation, Monday, 1 to 2 p.m., followed by memorial service at 2 p.m., all at Cutler O'Neill Meyer Woodring Funeral Home.
