Edwin Smith

Edwin "Jack" Smith Edwin "Jack" Smith, age 84, passed away peacefully at Methodist Hospital February 19, 2022. He was born October 18, 1937, to the late Russell and Ila (Greenwood) Smith in Bonnets Mill, MO. Jack graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and was a member of Timothy Lutheran Church. Jack retired from Northwestern Bell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce Spitznagle Smith; sister, Leanna Evans. Edwin is survived by his wife, Sharon Smith; daughters and sons in law, Teresa (Steve) Plumb, Joycelyn (Roger) Leeper, Jacquelyn (Brian) Rohatsch, and Lisa Waugh (David) sisters, LaDonna Katschman and Sherrie McCreary; 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m,, at Timothy Lutheran Church on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., at Timothy Lutheran Church on Thursday, February 24, 2022. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Timothy Lutheran Church.
