Karen Ruby, age 85, passed away August 25, 2024. She was born August 5, 1939, to Richard and Minnie (McCoy) Kraft in Lake City, IA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne "Buzz" Ruby; grandchildren, Dillon, Garrett and Jill.
Karen is survived by her daughter, Sheri Baker; sons and daughters-in-law, Troy and Theresa Ruby, Glen and Lori Ruby; grandchildren, Cheyenne, Ethan, Hunter, Baylee and Wayne; great-grandson, Wyatt; numerous brothers and sisters; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home, on Thursday, August 29, 2024.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home, on Friday, August 30, 2024. Memorials are suggested to First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association.
