Rita Skipton Obituary
Born on May 20, 1968, Rita brought warmth and joy to those around her throughout her life. She was a devoted mother to Heather Himes (Kameron), Savannah Stagner (David), Alyssa Petrzilka, and David Skipton. Her love extended deeply to her grandchildren-Kadence, Serena, Dominic, Kamdyn, Ryder, Kambri, Adalyn, and Kinlee-each of whom held a special place in her heart. She also shared a loving bond with her fiancé, Douglas Conaway.
Rita is remembered by her siblings Crystal Grimes, Nikki Cummins, Pamela Smith, Stephen Balestri, Elijah Balestri, Gavin Balestri, and Gailon Balestri. She was preceded in death by her parents Dave and Margaret Balestri; her brother Mahlon Richardson; grandchildren Gunner Petrzilka and Kolt Townsend; and grandparents Howard Blanchard and Althea Cooley.
Rita had a kind heart and a beautiful smile that lit up every room she entered. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life-reading books, working on puzzles, crafting thoughtful gifts for loved ones, and baking sweet treats to share with those she cared about. Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her children and grandchildren; they were the center of her world.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. May her kindness continue to inspire those she leaves behind.

The first time I met Rita was in her home. She made me feel like i was part of the family, serving warm chocolate chip cookies and cold milk I had just spoken with her the night before she passed away I was planning a visit and we were discussing life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Im still in shock. You will be missed my dear friend but not forgotten.

Rita was a woman with my talents ,lots of love ,and always put herself before others..
She kept a nice home, loved doing dishes, baking,and cooking good meals. . Her only fear was that of mice . And if you really knew rita then you already know this. She was creative in many ways . For one .. the thing she would use a sock for . She was a protector ,a lover ,and a friend .
She was witty ,but yet reserved .Spoke her mind when needed and loved playing games on her phone . I could go on and on about her .
Rita may be gone. But she will never be forgotten .
Good bye pretty lady until we meet again. I'll think of you often
