Thomas Scott Thompson of Valley, NE. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Lillian and Lawrence Thompson, Virginia Hanson; brother, John Thompson and niece Joannie Weddington. Tom is survived by his wife, Leanette; daughters, Diane Wade and Susan (Mike) Graeve; sister, Mary Lehman, brothers Gary Thompson, Jim (Rhoda) Thompson, Paul (Mary Ellen) Thompson; grandchildren, Erika (Dylan) Colo, Cory (Emma) Reichart, Laura (Connor) Craig and Jeff Harris; great-grandchildren, Chelsea and Logan Craig, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Tom was raised on a farm near Valley, NE. After graduating from Valley High School, he joined the Army from 1959-1961. After retirement, he enjoyed farming, gardening and most importantly, his NASCAR races.

VISITATION Tuesday from 9 to 11 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church, Valley with MEMORIAL MASS at 11 a.m. at church. INURNMENT and military honors at a later date at Omaha National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family for later designation.
