Alice Brown Obituary

BROWN Alice M. (nee Farr), age 80 of Ridgefield Park at rest on May 17, 2011. Beloved wife of the late James J. Brown. Loving mother of Alice Marie Brown, Kathleen Beardsley, Susan Justis, James Brown, Patricia Brown and Richard Brown. Devoted grandmother to Carlyn Justis, Kevin Beardsley, Bill Justis, Kelly Brown, Joseph Wayne, Amber Beardsley, Kaitlyn Brown and Gillian Wayne. She is also survived by her children-in-law Mark Beardsley, William Justis and Kristi Brown. Alice is prececeased by her parents John and Mary Alice Farr and her brother William Farr. Alice was a graduate of St. Francis School and Ridgefield Park High School, she believed in giving back to her community and she was active in several organizations during her life long residence in Ridgefield Park; St. Francis Parish, St. Francis Mother's Guild, Ridgefield Park PTA,Girl and Boy Scouts, RPHS Band Parents,Alumni Assoc., Welfare Boad, Bergen County Special Education Assco, Adult Literacy pro gram all benefited from Alice's time and dedication. Funeral from Vorhees-Ingwersen Funeral Home 59 Main St. Ridgefield Park on Friday at 9 AM. A Fuernal Mass will be offered at St. Francis R.C. Church, Ridgefield Park at 9:30 AM. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visitation Thrusday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. If desired donations may be made to: St. Francis R.C.
