Alice SIMONETTI Obituary
SIMONETTI Alice (nee Zengel), 100, of Ridgewood since 1952 and born in Coney Island, NY, passed away Wednesday, August 11th. Beloved wife of the late George Simonetti. Loving mother of Joan Bohan and the late Jack. Cherished grandmother of David Bohan and wife Mary-Catherine, John Bohan and wife Geralyn Torrone, Kathleen Bohan-Slomin and husband David and great-grandmother of Sean, Cormac, Ciara, Fiona, Jack and Alexander. Sister of the late Charles Zengel. A parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church in Ridgewood for over 50 years, Alice taught kindergarten at Mt. Carmel School and was a member of the Rosary Altar Society, Catholic Daughters and H.I.L.T. Family and friends may visit Sunday, 3-6 PM at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ 07450, 201-444-7650. Funeral Mass Monday at 10:45 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Ridgewood. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alice's memory to the Sister Lucy Fund at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 1 Passaic Street, Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
