Allan Afflitto Obituary
Pompton Plains - Allan Afflitto, 65, of Pompton Plains, passed away on November 22, 2018.
Born in Newark, Al was the son of the late Dominick and Edith (Ciampi) Afflitto. He was the owner and operator of Al Afflitto Construction.
Al is lovingly survived by his wife, Deborah; his daughter, Kristen Kierney and her husband James; his brother, Richard; and his granddaughters, Gabriella, Kelsey and Isabella. He was predeceased by his son, Jeffrey; his brother, Ronnie; and his sister, Carol.
Visiting hours will be held from 2 to 6 pm Sunday, November 25 at the M. John Scanlan Fun eral Home, Pompton Plains. A funeral service will be held 11 am Monday at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. www.scanlanfuneral.com
In lieu of flowers, donations in Allan's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Heart Association would be greatly appreciated by his family.
