Andrew SALNICK Obituary
Andrew 60 years old of River Vale, NJ on August 20th. Beloved husband of Susan, devoted father of Jeffrey Salnick and Stacy Salnick, loving grandfather of Leah Grace, dear brother of Susan Holden and Mitchell Salnick. Service Sunday at 9:30AM at Gutterman and Musicant, 402 Park Street, Hackensack, NJ. Should friends desire, contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to either the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund of the Orangeburgh Jewish Center, or Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital or the Cooperstown Hall of Fame Memorial Fund.

My condolences to the Salnick family. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I grew up with Andy as neighbors years ago when we were all little kids. Andy was a great fun kid and have many memories of Andy and the family from years ago. RIP Andy and again my condolences.

Words can't describe the pain of your passing.....you have fought the fight til the very end as courageous as you had been for your loved ones I know your in a better place..your resting in the arms of God...You left such an impact on my life and admited by everyone you came in contact with....you lit the rooms up everytime you walked in....you will be greatly missed....my heartaches for your wife and children....prayers are with them ....You will always be remembered friend.....Louise

Dear Sue and the whole family, I am so sorry for your loss. Andy was a friend magnet - everyone wanted to be near him. I remember group picnics and bike rides at the Saddle River Park, and super Super Bowl Parties at the house. Andy knew how to live. He will be missed. May he rest in peace. Very sad to read another of my neighbors growing up have passed on. Andy always gave a wonderful hello as we passed in the hallway in school. May he r.I.p. Very nice man. Sorry for your loss.

College years - making my family laugh hysterically when you would visit - going to the Indy 500 together - Kelly and I visiting you and Sue - you and Sue visiting us... a few old but special memories. Regretting not having stayed more in touch. You are loved and will be missed.

So sorry for the loss of Andy. We loved him dearly. So many fond memories of the crazy things he did alone and with others on Hall of Fame weekends. The funniest is his recreation act of crawling out of the bushes and the "Reggie" reaction on the course. I laughed so hard my gut hurt.
I will miss the autograph waiting wall and my friend sitting next to me while our loved ones chased down the Hall of Famers from hole to hole... We solved a lot of world issues in our conversations.
