Anna Gusciora Obituary
Butler - Anna Gusciora, age 77, of Butler NJ passed on April 5, 2021 with her family by her side.
Anna was born January 22, 1944 in Plazowka, Poland to Jan and Julia Kata. In 1971, she came to America and resided with her aunt, Anna Tencza in Garfield, NJ. Six years later she was reunited with her husband Jozef. Together, they had one child, Malgorzata. After Jozef passed, Anna bought her own home in Garfield where she lived with her daughter for over 20 years. In August 2014, she moved to Butler, NJ with Malgorzata, her son-in-law Jaroslaw and grandsons, Jacob and Michael. Anna was a dedicated mother and especially loved her role as grandma. She treasured her grandsons and embraced every moment with them. She enjoyed the beach, gardening, cooking and baking. Anna lived a fulfilling life as a mother, sister, wife and friend.
Anna is survived by her daughter Malgorzata Karas and husband Jaroslaw, grandchildren Jacob and Michael Karas, siblings Jozef Kata, Maria Brudz, Stefania Czaczor and her husband Marion, Piotr Kata and his wife Maria and Zofia Kaniuk and her husband Adam
Services from Kugler Community Home For Funerals, 311 Fifth Street, Saddle Brook NJ. A viewing will be held on Friday April 9, 2021 from 6-9pm. Funeral Service on Saturday April 10, 2021 at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Garfield NJ at 10am. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Anna's name.
