To us he was Tony. To our kids he was PopPop. Most of the time our kids were growing up we were living about 20 hours away, but always tried to get back to New Jersey twice a year to visit. Tony may not have been a grandfather by blood, but was the best one the kids could ever ask for, their beloved PopPop. He'd take them for walks, rides on his boat, and even taught them to crab. During the season, they'd even watch baseball with him on TV- Go Mets!
