Charles F. SASO

SASO Charles F., 93, of New Milford, NJ, formerly of Long Island City, NY. Passed into eternal life on March 1, 2010. Founder and President of Duramic Products, formerly located in Palisades Park, NJ. Mr. Saso's company later became a subsidiary of KBI & Cabot Industries. Past President of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Mr. Saso was an avid walker and multiple year winner of the PMI\Heart Walk Physcial Activity Contest sponsored by Pascack Valley Hospital.Beloved husband of 62 years to Victoria. Devoted father of Charlie and wife Charlene, Paul Sr. and wife Linda and the late Ralph Saso. Cherished grandfather of Paul Jr, Charles Jr, Corinne, Nicholas, Kristen and Cara. Loving great-grandfather of Maria, Alexa and Ryan. Dear brother of James and wife Truus and the late Lauraine, Frank and Mary. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the "Boulevard Funeral Home" 1151 River Road, New Milford, NJ on Thursday, March 4th at 9 AM. A funeral service will be offered at 10 AM. Burial to follow at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack, NJ. Friends may visit on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
