Cornelius Lokker Obituary

LOKKER
Cornelius "Neil," 91, of Wayne, died peacefully in Reston, VA on October 5, 2012. Born in Prospect Park, he resided in Wayne for 60 years. Mr. Lokker was the owner of Sun Dial & Panel Corp. in Fairfield for over 50 years prior to his retirement. He was a US Army Veteran of WWII who served in Europe. Mr. Lokker was a member of the Grace Presbyterian Church in Montclair. He was predeceased by his wife of 70 years, the former Helen Ruth (Van Lenten). Neil is survived by two sons, Brian and wife, Laura of North Bethesda, MD and Roger and wife, Suelen of North Caldwell, by two daughters, Jacqueline Taylor and husband, Robert of The Woodlands, TX and Ellen Lokker and husband, Mark Baker of Great Falls, VA, by twelve grandchildren, Andrew, Nicholas, Katherine, Stephanie, Adrian and Roger Lokker, Michael, Alexander, and Jonathan Taylor, Jessica Collins, Claire and Lillian Baker, by two great-grand-daughters, Madeline and Genevieve Collins, by a sister, Bette Slump and husband, Edward of North Ft, Myers, FL and by a sister in law, Jeannette Vance of Bradenton, FL. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Monday at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Road, Clifton, NJ 07012, followed by burial at BGWCD Veterns Memorial Cemetery. Visiting hours are Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Memorial donations to the Christian Health Care Center, 301 Sicomac Ave., Wyckoff, NJ 07481 will be appreciated. www.allwoodfuneralhome.com.
