A belated reaction, but my condolences to Dr. Levine's family. He was one of my physicians as a kid when he was working back at Pediatric Specialties, and my mother tells me he even taught during her prenatal classes at Hackensack Hospital when she was pregnant with me. Thank you for all that you've done in pediatrics.

So sorry to hear about Dr Levine's passing.He was a great doctor and took great care of my son when he was a very sick baby in the hospital. I will forever be greatful for his kindness and compassion. He will be greatly missed.

Sorry to hear about Dr. Levine's passing! He was my son's first doctor and will be always remembered by our family! He was very professional, always ready to explain and talk to parents, and had an exceptional bedside manner, he had a way to pacify a screaming boy with just a few sounds he made, trully amazing!

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend, Dan. Always kind, always selfless, and a true hero to so many cancer survivors with such devotion to his work as a doctor, and as a father. He touched the lives of so many and will always be remembered and cherished for his bravery in the fight against cancer. He will be dearly missed by all of us.

We were so sorry to hear about Dr. Levine, he was my son's doctor since birth. Always so kind and gentle, so caring and that was to me the parent. He was wonderful with my son from a baby up until he was 18, in fact my son was in college and not feeling well, Dr. Levine called him to see what was going on, that's how dedicated he was to his patients. Our deepest sympathy to his family. RIP Dr. Levine.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Levine, he was truly one of kind ...My 4 kids were patients of his at Pediatric Specialties in Hackensack up until his retirement.

We are truly saddened to hear this bad news. He was a wonderful human being, and an excellent doctor for both our kids. Since he retired we have missed him a lot, but now we will miss him forever! Memory eternal to Dr. Levine!

Please accept my deepest condolences. Dr. Levine was such a kind, gentle man. I remember bringing my daughter for a sick visit at Pediatric Specialties when she was about 2. She had been miserable for a couple of days and wasn't easily consoled. When Dr. Levine walked in the room, she saw his kind face and immediately began to smile. I know he healed and comforted many, many children over the span of his career.

Rest in Peace, Dr. Levine. So sad to hear this. He was my doctor since the day I was born in 1997 until he left Pediatric Specialties a few years ago, and he was such a thorough and caring doctor. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
