David Negast Obituary

LITTLE FALLS - David C. Negast, 53, of Prospect Park, died Feb. 12, 2014.

Born in Glen Ridge, he was raised in Little Falls and attended Passaic Valley Regional High School. He then moved to Haledon where he resided for 25 years before moving to Prospect Park. He was a self employed handyman, a jack of all trades.

David was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, he loved to play softball and loved to cook and garden.

David was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Marie (nee Ammirato) Negast.

Survivors include his daughter Maria Negast of Woodland Park; his companion Pamela Surack of Prospect Park; siblings Paul Negast of Baraboo, Wis., Jack Negast of Hamburg, Susan Negast of Little Falls, Thomas Negast of Little Falls and Karen Casler of Little Falls; nephews John, Jake and Nicholas; nieces Sarah, Madison and Kaylee; great nephew, Shane; great niece, Taylor; and his canine companion, Bear.

Arrangements: Bizub-Parker Funeral Home, Little Falls.
