Frank J., age 87 of Montville, on Wednesday, June 29, 2016. Born in Brooklyn, Frank had resided in Brooklyn before moving to Hawthorne in 1997. He had resided in Montville since 2013. A former buyer for NYU Medical Center in New York, and U.S Army Korean War veteran, Frank had been a parishioner of St. Anthony's R.C. Church in Hawthorne. Frank was a member of the Hawthorne American Legion Post #199, the Golden Horizon, and the Golden Circle. Frank J. Bruderek was the beloved husband of the late Helen C. (Kozuch) Bruderek (2014). Loving father of Paula Kapotes and her husband Jim of Glen Rock, and the late Denise E. Jackson (1985). Dear grandfather of Marc Jackson and his wife Kaety, Zachary Kapotes and his wife Alyssa, and Emma and Christian Kapotes. Brother of Emily Power of Margate, FL. Funeral service will be held at 10:30am on Friday, July 1, 2016 meeting at the chapel of St. Charles Cemetery, Conklin Street, Farmingdale, NY. There are no visiting hours.
