BLESSING - Gerald F. Former Police Chief of Palisades Park, age 78, on November 3, 2003. Dear brother of Margaret Blessing and Helene Cowling. Adored Uncle of Gineen Weiss, Denise Conkling, Richard and Thomas Cowling, great-uncle of Lauren and Margot Weiss, Brett and Chelsea Conkling, Richard, Nicholas, Michael, and Kathryn Cowling.
