Gloria Rose Kalustian

Clifton - Gloria Rose Kalustian, resident of Clifton formerly of North Bergen, passed away peacefully surrounded by her close friends and family on July 1, 2021, at the age of 63.

Gloria had been an employee at ADP for over 34 years, working in computer operations. Always an extremely charitable person, she spent much of her free time volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton. A sports fanatic she could be found on the field as a softball catcher for Clifton and North Bergen Women's Leagues, or on the courts as a Girls Basketball Manager for North Bergen High School. She was an active member of the ACYOA, a recording secretary of ASA, and a parishioner of Holy Cross Armenian Church in Union City. A tremendous cook, Gloria was taught by her grandmother and mother how to prepare Armenian cuisine, which she mastered; her cooking was a treat and will be greatly missed. She played many roles in her life but her most important roles were being an amazing daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend.

Predeceased by her beloved parents and her aunt, all of whom she was the caregiver. Survived by her dear brother Harold Kalustian and many loving family and friends. Gloria will be missed by all who had the great pleasure of knowing her.

Family and friends will be welcomed on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at the William G. Basralian Funeral Home, 559 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell, from 4-8PM. Funeral Services will be held at Holy Cross Armenian Church in Union City on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 10AM. All are asked to meet at church. Interment following to George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Gloria's honor to Holy Cross Armenian Church or to The Boys and Girls Club of Clifton.
