ARKENBOUT
Grace Marie, of Warwick, NY passed away on December 17, 2013 at St Anthony Hospital, Warwick, NY.
She was 2 years old.
Born on August 9th, 2011 in Valhalla, NY, She was the daughter of Lisa Marie Obrotka and Joshua Arkenbout.
A family statement read "Grace Marie is a miracle child not expected to survive at birth she gave her family a loving two and a half years and was her families 'Amazing Grace.' She now joins her cousins BK and Brett Kaprowski in Heaven to watch over us all."
She is survived by parents Lisa Marie Obrotka of Warwick and Joshua Arkenbout of Chester, NY, her maternal grandparents Nancy and James Obrotka of Warwick, paternal grandparents Cheryl and James Arkenbout of Eagle Rock, VA. Also surviving are her uncle and godfather James Obrotka III of Warwick, godmother Nafallie Ortize of Warwick, and aunt and uncle Jeremy and Allison Arkenbout of Atlanta, GA as well as many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 22nd, from 3-6 PM at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick. Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM on Monday at St. Stephens R.C. Church, followed by interment Warwick Cemetery Warwick, NY.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Pediatric Hydrocephalus Foundation, Inc., 66 Caroline Street 2nd Floor, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095.
