WINTERS Helen Plavner, beloved mother, grandmother, companion, sister, aunt, friend and teacher, passed on from this earthly plane on April 29, 2009.Helen was predeceased by sister Estelle Schaff. She leaves her sister, Elayne Dimond, her devoted companion Edward B. Harris, her son Neal Winters and daughter-in-law Janet Fredericks, daughter Jenifer O'Neill and son-in-law Jim O'Neill, and four grandchildren, Hannah, Elias, James and Benjamin.In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to The New York Foundling Coleman School, 590 Avenue of the Americas, 13th Floor, New York, NY 10011 (www.nyfoundling.org).A memorial service will be held at the Morristown Unitarian Fellowship at a date and time to be announced.
