We will miss you, Uncle Carter. You were always kind and gracious to me and my family, and we always enjoyed your visits to Virginia Beach when I was growing up. My prayers are with you all, Aunt Betty, Anne Marie, Mary Rogers, Mary Elizabeth, and Anne Carol and all the grand kids. Uncle Carter will be missed. Be gentle and lean into the shelter of each other in these days, weeks and months ahead. God bless you all.
