Julie Cavanaugh Obituary

CAVANAUGH
Julie F. (nee Fenelon), 92, peacefully passed away on September 6, 2015.
Born in Clifton, Julie spent many years living in Hawthorne, followed by a few years living in Scottsdale, Arizona. Julie and the family then returned to Clifton. Julie was a faithful parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church in Clifton, serving many years as a Eucharistic Minister. She was instrumental in the Good Samaritan Program and traveled throughout the world with the Prime Timer's Club.
Julie was predeceased by her beloved husband, William in 1984; her son, Michael in 2013; her parents Dennis and Viola Fenelon; her brothers: Dennis Jr., Thomas and William and their spouses;her sisters:MaryEllen Babbles; Voila Watson and Jean Brancato and their spouses.
She is survived by her son, Fr. Brian Cavanaugh TOR of Steubenville, Ohio; daughters, Barbara VanDenBerg and her husband, Thomas of Hawthorne NJ; Maureen Hagan and her husband, Christopher of Branchville NJ; daughter-in-law, Roberta DeLeo of Columbia PA; grandchildren: Nadyne Averso and her husband Andrew of North Haledon NJ; Timothy Steele of Branchville NJ; Kaitlinn Rodriguez and her husband Manuel of Lyndhurst NJ; Jarrett Robertazzi of Charlotte NC; Sashal Hagan of Branchville NJ; Taylor T. Hagan of Lyndhurst NJ; Michael Adam Cavanaugh and his wife Becki of York, PA; Daniel Cavanaugh of York PA; great-grandchildren: Andrew and Amelia Averso; Braytin Steele and Emmirson Rodriguez.
A Memorial Mass will be held on September 26, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church, 797 Valley Road, Clifton.
