Marilyn Molenstra Obituary

MOLENSTRA Marilyn Miller (nee Pontier), age 78, of Wyckoff, went to be with The Lord on Friday, August 24, 2007. Marilyn Molenstra was born in Paterson and had resided in Wyckoff since 1950. Marilyn was a former secretary for Metropolitan Life in New York City. A member of the Midland Park Christian Reformed Church. Marilyn was a member of the Church's Bible Study Group and its Senior Crusaders. Marilyn was also an avid bowler and knitter. Marilyn Miller Molenstra was the beloved wife of Andrew Mole-nstra. Loving mother of Kenneth Molenstra Sr. and his wife Susan of Independence, Donna Lynn De Wall Malefyt and her husband Dave of Sussex and Jamie Molenstra of Wyckoff. Dedicated grandmother of eight and great- grandmother of four. Sister of Robert Pontier of Clifton and the late Edward Pontier (1984). Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 27, 2007 at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Avenue, Hawthorne. Entombment will follow at the Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may call on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Gems of the Midland Park Christian Reformed Church, 183 God-win Avenue, Midland Park, NJ 07432.
