Nancy Greskowitz Obituary

GRESKOWITZ Nancy (nee Mancinik), age 89 of Waldwick, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 14, 2008. Nancy was born in Ansonia, CT on January 30, 1919. She lived in New York City before moving to Waldwick in 1992. Nancy was a parishioner of Church of the Nativity in Midland Park and enjoyed being a member of the Hospitality Ministry. Surviving are her devoted children, John J. Greskowitz and his wife Christie of Lake Wales, FL and Mary Ann and her husband Jeff Allyn of Midland Park. Nancy also leaves her adoring grandson William John "Billy" Allyn, her nephew John Nolan and his wife Kathie, her great nieces and nephew, Kristin, Jack, Meighan and Kate, and her great great niece Violet. Nancy was predeceased by her husband John J. Greskowitz in 1998 and her brother Fred Mancinik in 1992. Funeral mass will be held 10 AM, Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at Church of the Nativity, 315 Prospect Street, Midland Park. Interment will follow at Christ the King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes. Visiting is Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Waldwick Volunteer Ambulance Corps. P.O. Box 244, Waldwick, NJ 07463.
