Peter FIDUCCIA Obituary

FIDUCCIA Peter R., age 68 of Wayne died Tuesday, November 03, 2009 at Hospice of New Jersey, Wayne, NJ.He was born in Passaic having been raised in Lodi and Garfield before moving to Wayne twenty-seven years ago.Peter was the proprietor of Fiduccia Custom Shirts, Carlstadt for over 40 years.Peter is the loving husband of Joanna Carbone Fiduccia of 40 years; loving father of Gary Fiduccia of Wayne and Dena Fiduccia of Wayne and her fiance Walter Quiroga; loved brother of John F. Fiduccia and his wife Diana of High Crest Lake; loved brother-in-law of Vincent Carbone of Franklin, NY; and nieces and nephews Cheryl, Frank, Michael and Julie Ann.Funeral services will be held 10 AM on Friday, November 6, 2009 from the Vander May Wayne Colonial Funeral Home, 567 Ratzer Road, Wayne then to Saint Marys RC Church, 17 Pompton Ave., Pompton Lakes where an 11 AM Funeral Mass will be offered. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 2-4, 7-9 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the John Theurer Cancer Center, 360 Essex St., Hackensack, NJ 07601 would be appreciated. For a photo and more information visit www.vandermay.com

I just heard about Pete and am sorry to hear about your loss. Pete was someone I couldn't help but think about often, even though I hadn't seen him for some years. He was a definite influence in my life during my younger years and thus the many memories I have of him.
