Peter Storms

STORMS Peter F., age 59, died Sunday, February 24, 2008 at his home in Fair Lawn after a long illness. Peter was born in Teaneck on September 10, 1948. He grew up in Saddle River, resided many years in the Boston area before moving to Fair Lawn. Peter was a Lock Smith by trade. He served his country during the Viet Nam War in the United States Army, where he was the recipient of many metals including the Bronze Star. Surviving are his mother Regina A. (Nagle) Storms of Mahwah, his sisters, Jane and her husband Lee Collins, Bobbie and her husband Mike Kunisch, Pat and her husband Bob Kanning, Susan and her husband Tom Barrett, Debbie Cullen, Kim Storms, and Regie Storms. He also leaves his brother Jeff Storms and his wife Suzanne. Peter was uncle to 26 nieces and nephews, along with 17 grand nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his father Pete Storms in 1972. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday 10 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church, 900 Darlington Avenue, Mahwah, NJ. Interment will follow in the Saddle River Cemetery.
