Robert Perdue Obituary
Montclair - Robert F. Perdue, born February 23, 1918, passed away at age 100 on Thanksgiving morning at his home in Montclair. Bob ran Perdue Radio Company with his wife Connie.
Bob loved the Montclair YMCA. He attended classes there all the way up until earlier this year. Bob was treated with great love and respect at the YMCA, especially from Michele, who drove and helped him, and from Lisy who runs the active older adults classes. Bob had a special interest in music, opera, woodworking, tennis, art, history, and literature.
Bob is survived by his wife Connie, his daughter Renny and his son Joe.

Mr. Perdue sold me my very first stereo. At times even let me buy it on time, who does that these days. I still have my second Tandberg I purchased from him. Both him and his wife where great people, always welcomed you into their store with open arms. Thanks Mr. Perdue for introducing me to High End Music.
