Ruth Hagen Obituary
Corona, CA - Ruth Hagen, 97 passed away from natural causes on January 7, 2019 in her residence in Corona, California sitting in her favorite chair. She was born on May 31, 1921, in Germany, and came to the states in 1927 at 6 years of age. She was married to William Hagen in early 1940s.
Ruth worked in a factory as a seamstress in Passaic with her husband for a short time but was mostly a homemaker for her entire life.
Last city of residence was Corona, California for the last 6 years of her life, but her primary City of Residence was Haledon NJ, from age 6 to 2013.
Ruth is survived by her 3 granddaughters, Erika Gist, Elena Beekman, Elisa Ali, and 3 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in Death by her husband, William Hagen, son, William Alan Hagen, and sister, Helen Collins
Services will be held at Santangelo Funeral Home, Sunday, January 20th at 12:00 PM; 635 McBride Ave, Woodland Park, NJ 07424.

My heart goes out to the Hagen granddaughters and their children. Ruth was the mother of Bill , a good friend and an excellent tennis player in NJ. I had many lunches with Ruth in Haledon. Prayers go out to all. John Griffin Wanaque, NJ
