Sandra Zym Obituary
Sandra (Grotsky) 78 of Woodland Park died peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2016. Born in Passaic, she resided in Clifton and Totowa before moving to Woodland Park nine years ago. A graduate of Passaic HS, Sandra attended Fairleigh Dickinson University. She was employed as a sales representative for the Nestle Corp. in Wayne for 15 years prior to her retirement. Previously, she was employed as a bookkeeper for both the Clifton News Journal and Tel Instrument Electronics Co. Sandra is a member of the Italian American Club and the Four Seasons Great Notch Womens Club of Woodland Park. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Orie John Zym, devoted mother of John of PA, Richard of Totowa and Gary of Wayne, cherished grandmother of five, dear sister of Samuel Grotsky of Lodi and Joseph Grotsky of CA. Funeral services will begin 9:15AM Friday at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Road, Clifton, NJ 07012 with a 10AM Mass at St. Philip RC Church. Burial will follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Thursday 4-8PM.

Sandra is still sorely missed. She would be tremendously proud of Ric's practice in Fairfield. Her presence is still felt there by all who knew her. Tricia Vanderhoof

Sandy's smile was the first thing patients saw as she welcomed them to Ric's practice in Parsippany. As women do, we bonded over children, diets, and events both current and past. I adored her.
