Stephen Podmokly Obituary
Born in Poland, Mr. Podmokly came to the United States in 1939 and moved to Clifton in 1959. He was a tool and die maker for Electroscan Co., Garfield, before retiring. Previously, he worked for Interstate Tool in Fairfield and Home Tool Co. of Newark. He was a member of the First Reformed Church of Little Falls as well.
Services were Tuesday at the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at the First Reformed Church of Little Falls. Interment was at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Donations may be sent to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St., Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
Mr. Podmokly also is survived by his wife, the former Helen Richter; his brother, Gustave Podd, of Toms River; and three grandchildren.
He was predeceased by two sisters, Lottie Pilski and Adele Gnadek.
