Thomas Faline Obituary

FALINE
Thomas, of Warwick, NY, formerly of Fair Lawn, NJ, entered into rest on Saturday, November 26, 2011. He was 86.
The son of the late Thomas and Loretta Stapleton Faline, he was born October 16, 1925 in Fair Lawn, NJ.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII where he was awarded the purple heart.
He was the widower of Charlotte Eberhardt Faline.
Survivors include his son, Michael Faline and wife Joan of Warwick, Thomas Faline and wife Kathleen of Marstons Mills, MA; seven grandchildren, Michael Faline and wife Christine, Matthew Faline and wife Christina, Joseph Faline, Erin Reagan and husband Matthew, Nicole, Daniel and Amanda Faline; nine great -grandchildren. And several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 29th from 5-8 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 County Route#1, Pine Island, NY 10969.
Funeral Mass will be held 11 AM on Wednesday, November 30th at St. Anthony Church, 276 Diamond Bridge Avenue, Hawthorne, NJ 07506.
Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephen's Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the T.S. Purta Funeral Home.
