Valeria Dudek Obituary
Valeria (nee Sowa), 94, Lyndhurst, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday April 15, 2015. Born in Poland, Mrs. Dudek immigrated to the US with her husband and their eldest son in 1949. Devoted wife of the late Mitchell Dudek. Beloved mother of Albin (deceased) & his wife Bernadette J. Dudek, Stanley & his wife Terry, and Theodore J. Dudek & Evelyn Fenton. Adored grandmother of Paul & Mary Dudek, Christine & Christopher Meikle, Allison & Bill Marshall, Bernadette Dudek & Richard Bier, Kimberly & Christopher Serritella, Tracy & Donald Emerick, T.J. Dudek, Cheryl & Peter Lomuscio, Amanda Dudek, and Matthew Dudek. Cherished great-grandmother of Michael, Kayla, Lyndsey, Caitlyn, Jack, Olivia, Kylie, Abby, Katie, & Ryan. Dear sister of the late Wladyslawa Nocek and Justina Burak. Valeria was an active parishioner at St. Michael's Church and worked in the rectory. She was a member of St. Michael's Rosary Society, Polish American Citizens Club, and Lyndhurst Senior Citizens club. Funeral Saturday at 8:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 9:30AM St. Michael's Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Friday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
