MACOLINO Vincenzo, 79, of Jersey City, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2009. Vincenzo was born in San Lupo, Benevento, Italy, and immigrated to Jersey City in 1966.Vincenzo worked 29 years for Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington and retired in 1995. He also worked in the environmental service department at Christ Hospital for 15 years. He was a devout parishioner of St. Nicholas Church, Jersey City.Vincenzo is the beloved husband of 55 years of Vittoria. Devoted father of Josephine and Giuseppe Spina, Lupo and Alyson Macolino, Anna Maria and Brian Maher, Antonio and Francesca Macolino. Loving grandfather of Michael, Joseph and Antonio Spina, Antonio, Matteo and Francesca Macolino. Cherished great-grandfather of Michael, Massimo, Anna Maria and Isabella Spina. Dear brother of Enrico Macolino, Rosaria Ciaglia, Ida and Nancy Vaccarella and the late Giovanni Macolino. Loving son of the late Lupo and Giuseppina Macolino. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.Vincenzo's pride and joy was his family and he loved to be around people.
