Xavier Franco Obituary
Mr. Franco was director of global commercial development for Johnson & Johnson, where he worked for 29 years.
Services were Wednesday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township. Donations may be sent to the North Shore Animal League, 25 Davis Ave., Port Washington, NY 11050.
Mr. Franco also is survived by his wife, Doreen; his son, Matthew, of Brick; his other daughter, Jessica Koh of Singapore; his siblings, Carlos Franco and Angelina Foley of Lakewood; and two grandchildren.

Doreen, I am so shocked and sadden by this news. Xavier was a true friend and I enjoyed his friendship and working with him at Johnson & Johnson. I only knew Xavier from my days at J&J. He was an amazing man with the ability to laugh and to make sure that whatever we were doing was going to be fun.
He will be missed. Please accept my condolences. I'll pay his laughter forward. God Bless.
