Graham Stiles Pohlman, age one, passed away in his mother's arms on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Graham was born Oct. 22, 2024, at Flower Hospital to Konnor and Anna (Brown) Pohlman.
Graham was known as a happy, snuggly baby who loved to play with his big brother and to be taken on walks with Mom and Dad. During his stay at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Graham made many friends with the staff and would "blow kisses" to his favorite nurses.
Graham loved music and being sung to, he enjoyed time spent with the music therapist at the hospital.
Graham is survived by his loving parents, big brother Jonah, his grandparents Joel and Becky (Stiles) Brown, his Papa Ken Pohlman, his aunts and uncles Jason Brown, Mary O'Sullivan, Kaleb and Nicole (Greene) Pohlman, Kam Pohlman, Brittany Bostelman, and cousins Theo, Murphy, and Faera.
Graham is preceded in death by his loving Nana Karen (Myers) Pohlman, and stillborn brother Finn.
A private ceremony will be held for the family this week. An open house Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Nov. 22 from 5-9 p.m. at the Emporium, 130 E. Clinton St., Napoleon, Ohio 43545, for all who wish to attend.
Donations in Graham's memory are encouraged to be made to either Nationwide Children's Hospital of Columbus, or Ronald McDonald House Charities of Columbus.
