Heather Smart Obituary
Heather Dawn Smart, 49, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away on Oct. 28, 2025.
She was born in Fairfield, California, on Aug. 19, 1976, to the late Kerry and Nancy (Radabaugh) Welch. On Feb. 22, 1996, Heather married Christopher Smart in Napoleon.
Heather's greatest joy was her family and those she chose as family. She enjoyed taking care of them and having everyone close. Her grandchildren were everything to her.
Heather enjoyed singing along to music and collecting Mickey & Minnie Mouse memorabilia.
She is survived by her children, Jordan (Makenna) Smart, Mya (Michael) Shiffler, Autumn (Jordan) Finn and Brooke Gonzales; grandchildren, Lilith Smart, Adelaide, Eden, and Ryatt Finn, and Novah and Rowyn Shiffler; brother, Aaron (Austin) Nelson-Welch; and lifelong best friend, Tracy Langwell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chris; and son, Jonathan Smart.
Friends and Family will be received at the Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleon, on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025, from 3-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, at 11 a.m., with an hour of visitation prior to services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
