Kathryn Jacobs Obituary
Kathryn Jacobs, age 82, of Holgate died early Friday morning, Nov. 28, 2025, at Mercy Defiance Hospital.
Her Legacy ... Kathryn was born June 12, 1943, to Julian and Rosemary (Mansfield) Heitman in Napoleon. In 1964, she married John Jacobs Sr. in Chicago.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Holgate. Kathryn was a homemaker, but worked at Lowe's in Defiance for about 10 years.
Her Family ... She is survived by her two sons, John (Kim) Jacobs, Napoleon, and Michael Jacobs, Florida; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Fred, William and Julian
Her Farewell Services ... Friends will be received in the Zachrich Family Funeral Home of Holgate on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. On Friday at 10 a.m. there will be another visitation at the funeral home until the service at 11 a.m., with Rev. James Haugen officiating.
If you will be providing a memorial contribution, you are asked to consider St. John's Lutheran Church.
