Michael A. Labrie 1958 - 2016 CENTRAL VILLAGE - Michael A. Labrie died Feb. 24, 2016 after a battle with cancer. He was born Nov. 11, 1958 in New Britain, CT. Michael was the son of the late Donald W. Labrie Sr. and Dorothy (Chiaramonte) Collins. He is survived by his step father Vern Collins. Michael was predeceased by brothers Matthew Collins, Scott Labrie and sister Dorothy Corey Goodwin. He is survived by brothers Donald Labrie (Marti), Richard Labrie (Deanna), Joshua Collins (Tina) and sisters Debra Labrie, Donna Cosby, Christina Clifford(Stephen), Tracie Ruszczyk, Lynn Beach and Vanessa Collins. He had many nieces and nephews who loved him. Michael grew up in Moosup, CT. and graduated from Plainfield High School. Witty with a sense of humor, Michael had a passion for writing. He was a free spirit who traveled to many states before settling in Nashville TN. The family would like to thank Micheal's special friends, Anne Paine, Warren Duzak and Peter White. Burial will be at the convience of the family.
