Dear Patti, Debbie, Sarah, Stephen and Jeff, yesterday I found out via the internet that Pete passed away. I'm still in shock! Since we had not been in contact for more than a year, I did not know he had been ill.
Pete was a sensitive and caring man with a heart of gold. His beautiful smile could light up a room. He was one of the first people to make me feel welcome when I moved to CT. from Texas. He would tell me how proud he was of his niece, Sarah, and mailed pics of her and himself to me a few years ago. Pete and I shared many fun times! He took me to see Beauty and the Beast in NYC, and Robert Goulet in a production of Camelot; the Steak Loft in Mystic and many other great places. I have many cherished mementos that will keep his memory alive. sometimes it was not easy for me to think of just the right gift for his birthday or Christmas, yet I knew I could not go wrong when I sent him a souvenir commemorating Super Bowl XXX.
Again, we lost a wonderful human being. See you in Heaven Pete!

Pete was a great friend - the time we spent together was eventful and enlightening, he had a way of seeing thru the nonsense to the essence of a matter and defining it, always to the betterment of the person or situation. He liked to come across as tough, and he was, but those of us who spent considerable time with him knew he had a soul of gold.
Stephen, Jeff, Debbie and Patti, very sorry for your loss.

To the Family of Pete, I am so sorry for your loss of such a great man, friend, brother, uncle, and just a great person. Pete and I were very close friends at Foxwoods and we talked every day. His office was next door to my shop. We were both diehard Cowboys fans so we shared a lot of misery together. Not to mention the deep friendship that came with it. I will miss Pete dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Kevin DeRosier 860-377-5937

Pete was my boss and good friend for the last 9 years. We went to Nascar in Loudon together as well as spent many a night playing pitch as a team (usually won) together. Pete was a gentle and kind person always ready to help out when asked. While we worked together at the casino, I found him to be a mentor as well as a manager to me. Some would say that it is not easy to be a friend with your boss, but it was a roll we fell into easily together. Being close in age Pete and I shared many common interests and spent a lots of time together pursuing them. Pete you were a great friend, and will be sorely missed. I am just sorry that due to life's circumstances we grew apart over the recent months. You will be missed and remembered.

I am so sorry for your LOSS, He was a great guy with alot of knowledge in computers, I spoke with him many many times at foxwoods. Peter had some gerat ideas with computers. He would always pass by the warehouse where we would engage in small talk about PC's. He will be sadly missed.
