Gary Lee "Scott" Moser Jr.

Gary Lee "Scott" Moser Jr., 56, of North Platte, passed away on Nov. 23, 2021, at his home. He was born on Aug. 3, 1965, to Gary and Carletta (Moore) Moser Sr. in North Platte. Scott was born in North Platte but raised in Cheyenne, where he graduated from high school in 1983. After high school, he lived in Denver for two years and then moved back to Nebraska. He briefly worked at the Air Force base before getting his CDL and started trucking for various farmers. Scott married Tami White in 1987, and to this union, two sons were born, Jacob and Ryan. He later had a daughter, Carlie. Scott married Lori Probasco on Sept. 5, 2015, in North Platte. To this union, Scott gained three daughters, Stephanie, Tonya and Jamie. Scott loved to shoot pool, the Huskers and the Atlanta Braves. He was a member of the Eagles Club. He was always joking with others even when they were not. He loved his family above all else. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carletta "Sug" Trujillo; and grandparents, Carl E. and Maxine Moore. Survivors include his wife, Lori Moser; children, Stephanie Probasco, Tonya (Matthew) Pierce, Jacob (Sara) Moser, Ryan Moser, Jamie (Shane) Weatherly and Carly Moser; several grandchildren; father, Gary Moser Sr.; siblings, Dan (Rhonda) Moser and Bobby (Melanie) Trujillo; and several other aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29, at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home with Anne Durborow officiating. The service will be livestreamed via the Adams & Swanson Facebook page for those unable to attend.
