Roseanne Tridle

Roseanne Tridle, 91, passed away on Sept. 29, 2022. She had been living with her daughter, Carol, in North Platte when she became ill and died at Great Plains Health. Roseanne was born in Paxton where she attended school and graduated in 1948 from Paxton High School. She married Robert "Bob" Tridle on June 18, 1949. They began their lives together farming 20 miles south of Paxton. With five children, the couple moved to Milesville, South Dakota, in 1963 where they continued to farm until 2008 when Bob's health began failing. They moved to Rapid City, South Dakota, in 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Tridle; her parents, Albert and Lenora Griffin; her sister, Mary Lammers; her brother, John "Jack"; and sister-in-law, Maxine. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Tom) Watson of Omaha; son, Greg (Sylvia) Tridle of Hoven, South Dakota; daughter, Carol George of North Platte; son, Kelly (Jackie) Tridle of Ogallala; daughter, Gina (John) Giardino of Rapid City; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
