Andrew Walker Obituary

Andrew Curtis Walker "Andy", 56, passed away in the comfort of his home and surrounded by loved ones on Sunday December 13, 2020.

Andy was born on July 6, 1964 in Calvert County Maryland to the late Virgil and Nancy Walker.

Andy graduated from Calvert High School, class of 1982. He worked as a carpenter, and it was something he loved to do. He loved building things and showing off his work. Andy was a proud man, who made friends quickly and loved wholeheartedly. He was a kind man who would do anything for his family and friends. He had an amazing sense of humor and loved a good joke. He loved his music and would listen and sing to the radio at any time of the day. He loved the simple pleasures in life.

Surviving Andy are his loving daughters, Emilia, Eva and Erica Walker, his son-in-law Michael Anspaugh, his grandchildren, Balin, Breahna, Bella, Mila, Jaylah, Marlee, and Ezra, his wife Lisa Walker, his siblings, Kenny, Steve, Benny, Mike and Dana, his long time friend Michelle Shaffer, and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

Celebration of Life will be announced by the family at a later time.

He was a nice guy in high school. We were always friends. I remember Andrew as a "very" caring and friendly person when it came to others. I don't think there was anybody that didn't like him. I didn't keep in touch with him after we graduated, but thought about him over the years. Peace my friend! Prayers to the family.
